New sod is covered for 30 days while it roots. Sprinkler parts and labor are covered for two years. This page lays out how each one works.
Sod: covered for the first 30 days.
It comes with every install at no added charge, whether the lawn is your home or a summer rental.
We replace sod that does not root — that means dead patches, seams that fail, or turf that never takes
We supply the sod and the labor — you pay nothing for the fix
A check-in visit — two weeks in, we look over the lawn as part of the 30 days of aftercare
What we ask of you — stick to the watering plan we give you
Sprinklers: 2 years on parts and labor.
Comes with every new system we put in. That is double the coverage many installers offer.
Heads, valves, and the timer — when a part breaks, the repair is free
Pipes and fittings too — our workmanship is fully backed
No trip charge on a warranty visit — and warranty calls go to the front of the line
What we ask of you — have no one else alter the system; call us first if you want something changed
What falls outside the warranty.
We spell it out up front so there are no surprises later.
- · Harm from too little water or too much water
- · Damage from pets, chemicals, or physical impact
- · Severe weather, such as a long drought or flooding
- · Grubs or other pests once the rooting period ends
- · Sprinkler problems caused by changes someone else made
- · Ordinary wear once coverage has ended
